Kim Palaferri / The TelegraphPouncer, a tiger born in 2002, spent his early days tied to a 4 foot chain at another rescue facility in Los Angeles. Pouncer, along with 58 other tiger cubs, were rescued and charges were brought against the other facility for animal cruelty and illegal breeding. Today Pouncer has plenty of room to roam at the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary.
