City Hall doors will be wide open from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 20. Mayor Steve Miklos encourages local citizens to meet him in his office, and also chat with other City Council members and senior management staff during a City Hall Open House.

“This is an excellent opportunity for our residents to enjoy an inside look at City Hall, talk informally with City leaders and learn more about the wonderful services that local government provides,” said Miklos.

Guests may also view exhibits and displays for Animal Services, the Library, Sports & Aquatics, Zoo Sanctuary, Police, Water Conservation, Traffic and more. A Police officer and his K-9 companion will greet visitors in front of City Hall.

A fire truck and garbage truck will be on display.

Students from Folsom High School’s ROP Culinary Arts Program will prepare and serve light appetizers.
