Cox graduates ROTC leadership

Blaine R. Cox has graduated from the Army ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) Leader’s Training Course at Fort Knox, Ky. The four-week course is a leadership internship for cadets who hope to someday become officers in the U.S. military. The program includes training in drill and ceremony, communications, combat water survival, rappelling, land navigation, and squad-level operations field training. The cadet is a student at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He is the son of Blaine Cox of Modesto and Susan Cox of Folsom. He is a 2007 graduate of Modesto High School.
