Summer continues to heat up, so does the local outdoor concert opportunities in our area. This week, three different stages come to life with great talent in Folsom and El Dorado Hills, and the best part about each venue is they are all absolutely free.

In the heart of Folsom, the Historic District Amphitheater has just two weeks of performances left on their 2018 Summer Twilight Series schedule. The month of July saw big crowds for both the Cash Prophets as well as Cynthia Renee and Co.

This Thursday, much should be the same as Todd Morgan and the Emblems bring their popular sounds that contain a mix of pop, rock and soul from 7:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

In El Dorado Hills this Thursday, Zeppelin Live takes to the stage of then Stephen Young Amphitheater in Town Center. This popular tribute band is known for their talents in reproducing the unique sounds of Led Zepplin. They are set to perform from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

On Friday night, Folsom Parks and Recreation present the second to last week of Concerts in the Park at Folsom Lions Park. This week, Have Mercy, who specializes in classic rock, will take to stage from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday night Concerts in the Park offer a great opportunity for family picnics.

It is recommended to bring a lawn chair to all of these events.
