Boaters do good deeds
Reader input
I was enjoying Folsom Lake last Saturday taking family out on the lake to tube when my motor quit on me. I was concerned about eventually being washed into some large rocks near shore. We waved for help and it wasn’t long before a group of young adults came to assist. They towed us a half-mile to the old peninsula boat ramp after determining the motor was done for the day. I wanted to thank them and every boater that has done no less, for taking time out of their day to help folks out when needed. It turned out to be a good day after all. Dale Kolodziej, Folsom
