Recently I was sitting in my Jeep, resting and watching the crowds after some much needed shopping.

It occurred to me that I have no idea who spent their time, money and energy lobbying and promoting for the handicapped advantages that we have in place here in our town.

I have a chronic breathing and arthritis problem; therefore I want to thank those people past and present for adding more quality to my life.

You are forever on my daily gratitude list.
