Between Bites: Too much tri-tip makes for a wonderful challenge
A fridge full of leftover tri-tip is the perfect example of having too much of a good thing. We had a huge spread at our Easter brunch this past weekend, but because everyone did such a great job bringing their favorite dishes, and because my boyfriend bought what looked like a whole cow, we’ve got a huge stash of delicious slices bagged up in the fridge. Not wanting to eat the same exact thing every night this week, I’m looking for suggestions — what do I do with tri-tip leftovers?! Salad, sandwiches, tacos? Any and all ideas are appreciated.
