Guido?s Deli Where: 300 Reading St., Folsom Phone: 351-1577 Web site: What: Guido?s Deli Sandwich Cost: $6.95 Guido?s Deli, tucked away on Sutter and Reading streets near the Light Rail Station in Folsom, offers a quick, affordable and healthy lunch. The Guido?s Deli Sandwich with ?the works? even comes with a bag of chips. There are choices for bread (sliced sourdough, wheat, rye, French, roll), cheese (cheddar, jack, Swiss, provolone) and meat (roast beef, ham, turkey, pastrami, mortadella and salami). I ordered turkey and Swiss cheese on a sourdough roll with everything on it. Everything means lettuce, tomato, red onion, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, mayonnaise and mustard. Bob Relay and the rest of the crew at the deli take great pride in the food they serve. This hearty sandwich is recommended for those on the go. ~ Don Chaddock
