Palladio in Folsom announces new tenants

Palladio at Broadstone has announced two new retailers and two new office tenants. San Francisco Sourdough Eatery and Ambiance join an ever growing retail presence at the Center. San Francisco Eatery is a premium deli café with eleven restaurants on the west coast, including one in El Dorado Hills. Ambiance is a locally owned boutique carrying designer brands Brighton and Vera Bradley as well as many gift items. This is Ambiance’s third location. Both are expected to open in September. In addition to the new retailers, Palladio announced SynapSense opened at the offices at Palladio Monday, April 16. SynapSense was founded in 2006 by Peter Van Deventer, a sales and marketing executive, and Dr. Raju Pandey, a University of California Davis professor who developed the company’s core wireless sensor networking software technology. SynapSense currently employs 70 and is expected to add as many as 30 employees this year. Also opening in the Offices at Palladio June 1 is also Interloc Solutions Inc. Interloc is a 100 percent Maximo-focused consulting services organization that is recognized as a leader in delivering innovative Maximo services solutions and Ready for Tivoli products. Opening at Palladio in May is Chops Steak Seafood & Bar, Apricot Lane, AT&T and Nail Palazzo. ~ Staff report
