As of Jan. 31, Guido’s Deli will be closing the existing retail storefront operation to support our passion for catering great events around Folsom. We want to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers and merchants for all of the support you’ve given us over the last 10 years. We truly see our customers as part of our family and we are confident that we will find ways of continuing to serve great food to all of you, just in a different fashion. The current 300 Reading St. location will now be available for party and event bookings only. The outdoor patio and parking areas are perfect for parties with friends or company events. Companies like Teichert and Mercy Hospital have booked the location for parties of 200 or more. I am a graduate of the San Francisco Culinary Academy and has worked as a corporate chef for Clint Eastwood, Arnold Palmer and Tiger Woods during the 2000 US Open. Over the last 10 years, my husband Bob and I have built up the catering side of the business and feel it’s time that we focus our attention on this aspect. We look forward to continuing to serve the Folsom community by providing amazing venues and food experiences. Bob and Colleen Relei, Guido’s Deli
