The Telegraph website has been completely overhauled with a fresh new look and great new features.
For the last several months the Interactive Team at Gold Country Media has been working with readers, staff and advertisers to develop what you see today. Our goal was to create a streamline user experience and incorporate new technology enabling us to have a better-looking website on tablet and mobile devices.
We have simplified the navigation menu, making browsing the news categories faster and more efficient. We have also created a new menu at the bottom of the site to give you common links -- all visible and readily available. We have integrated social media into the new design enabling you to follow or share content very easily and quickly.
Another new feature is provided by Google Surveys. Randomly while viewing stories within the website, you may be asked to complete a Google Survey question. We have partnered with Google to keep our website content free and accessible to anybody. Your personal information is never shared with Google or the advertiser paying for the Survey results. These surveys are completed anonymously and if you are uncomfortable completing a quick survey, you will have the option to share the story to Facebook, Google +, or Twitter to continue reading.
