Families converged on parks, churches and even a pool for egg hunts in Folsom and El Dorado Hills.

The city saw hundreds turn out for the annual hunt Saturday morning at Lembi Park in Folsom. Meanwhile in El Dorado Hills, the Community Services District Park had a large turnout for the annual hunt.

In the afternoon, the El Dorado Hills CSD pool held an aquatic egg hunt while Oak Hills Church in Folsom offered bounce houses, crafts and barbecue and more egg hunts.

Phil Denna, of Folsom, watched his two daughters, 4-year-old Chloe and 2-year-old Kaylee, sort through their haul at Oak Hills Church.

"They come every year so they enjoy it," he said.
