El Dorado Hills Town Center welcomes new businesses for 2017By: Staff Report
El Dorado Hills Town Center continues to grow and thrive. Nineteen new businesses signed leases for more than 32,000 square feet, and are opened or are scheduled to open soon.
"2016 was a great year, as more new tenants enter the El Dorado Hills Town Center pipe line,” said Tony Mansour, co-general partner of the Mansour/Nagle Partnership.
In addition to 2016 newcomers Rubio’s Coastal Grill, O1 Communications and NorCal Cryotherapy, now open are Folsom Lake Eye Care, Tea Xotics, EDH Insurance Solutions, Coastline Travel Advisors, The Game Room Adventure Café, Blow Me Away and fitRide.
Coming soon to the center are Pure Barre, C. Knight’s Steak House, Keller Williams and Paramount Equity Mortgage.
"Our strategy that we began executing two years ago is yielding excellent results,” said Kevin Nagle, co-partner of The Mansour/Nagle Partnership. “The new tenants, offering a wide range of services, are loving the traffic and that attracts other great businesses.”
fitRIDE Indoor Cycle Studio is now open at Town Center. fitRide has taken the basic spin concept and turned it into a cardio party on the bike that incorporates upper body and core work while pedaling to the beat of music. Their 45 minute full-body workout burns calories, blasts fat and tones muscles.
The Game Room Adventure Cafe´, the Sacramento region’s first game café/escape room combination, is now open. It will serve cafe-style food and provide wood tables and chairs designed for comfort and hours of board game activities.
Blow Me Away is a luxury, blow-dry bar that provides an array of beauty services and a private room available for group reservations.
